My wife and I went in yesterday on a whim because I was interested in getting a recliner. We were politely and promptly greeted at the door by a man named Kevin. He introduced himself to us and told us if we needed anything to find him around the store. He let us walk around, wasn’t over bearing but stayed close by in case we needed him. I came in to buy a last minute recliner to be comfortable. For my shoulder surgery the next morning. Sam listened to what I needed and truly was a great help. The store manager was also wonderful. I forgot her name so sorry I was in a rush to get home and finish what I needed to get done prior to my surgery. Ty both for helping me.
