Not a great experience. It took 4 times for Bob's to deliver the furniture (desk) without any damage! The first 3 times the desk was damaged--major scratching, chipping, corner completely dented and crushed in (like it was dropped on it). The process took weeks from the first scheduled delivery to the final successful delivery. For a $500+ item, you'd think their quality control would be better, and that they would check the items better at the warehouse before sending out for delivery. Zach told me he was fairly new on the job, but he did an excellent job and taking care of me. I bought a painting when I got home. I found that there was a bit of cracked paint on the bottom. He was gracious enough to give me a discount on it.. I will certainly seek him out when I need to make another purchase
