I purchased the Cascade dresser from the outlet, but I was never informed that the pickup dock closed at 6:00 p.m. on the day of my purchase. Because of this, I had to make another trip the following day, driving over an hour each way, to pick up the furniture. Since the outlet requires purchased furniture to be picked up within 24 hours, I also had to leave work early to meet the deadline.
