Tony was a very good salesperson. No pressure, showed me where items were and let me browse, which I really appreciate. Nothing worse than a salesperson that follows you around and making you feel pressured. I will probably be coming back for other items. Once I decided, he explained options, provided pricing and payment options. He also explained the warranty which was far better than other stores I have been at recently. Overall it was a great experience. My grandson loved the cafe and his cookie.
I went to the Latham store to buy living room furniture. I knew what I wanted. I had seen it on the website I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Lee and was referred to Christin, who had previously taken care of my best friend who is with me. Everyone was very helpful very professional, and I am very satisfied with my whole interaction at the Latham store.
Patty was very helpful at the store with her suggestions. She was friendly, listened to what I was interested in and knew what furniture to point out to me that I would like. Very much appreciated her help. The delivery guys were professional, fast and very efficient. Thanks so much!!!!
