Great experience. Even with my young children in tote. Can't wait to have our new furniture. Maddy was fantastic.. we didn't feel rushed or followed around. ***Update**... ordered in May. First love seat came in June. Second piece was July. . And delivery team was garbage. Was supposed to haul my old couch away...as I paid for it. They did not. I purchased from Bob's many years ago and had a great experience. Because of that, when I found myself in need of new furniture, I once again purchased from Bob's. I scheduled the delivery, confirmed the day prior and was ready and waiting the day of delivery. I was watching my security cameras the whole time, waiting for the delivery people to arrive. From the moment I walked into the furniture store until the day my furniture was delivered, this entire experience was nothing but a nightmare. Buying new furniture is supposed to be an exciting and enjoyable experience, but this was the complete opposite.
