I purchased a living room with their goo proof. my rocking love seat broke, stopped rocking and makes noise when reclining. I called the customer service and line in good faith and they sent a company rep out to look at the furniture. The rep stated that it needed a part and left. This is back in the area of May. Very disappointed with this company. We ave bought many Pieces of furniture from Bobs and had a bad experience with the Bob O Pedic memory. The problem was the mattress had a serious sag on both my side and my wife's leaving a bulge between us. We are not extremely heavy people so weight was not a issue. After repeated complaints Bobs sent out a tech who looked at the mattress (that was less than a year old) and told me it should be replaced. Be wary of Bob's furniture customer service. 1,094 BBB complaints. I had one, someone from Bob's office called and refused to send my letter and complaint onto Bob. The office did not offer me anything to correct it. I work in retail and a happy customer is a returning customer.
