Wonderful experience at Farmingdale. From the moment we walked in Mohammed was kind, patient, and informative. Took his time helping me to put things together and getting the items I wanted at a price I could work with. I won’t go anywhere else.

Bobs customer service sucks. Was put on hold transfer a number of times. I have a disabled father who got stuck in the chair and couldn't get out and they didn't even care. I already had this chair replaced once and the same issue is happening again. With in a year of getting the chair. So the nasty person who answered the phone in the farmingdale store had no answer had to keep putting me on hold not sure why she even has a job she could answer anything and her customer service skills suck.
