From start to finish I had a great experience. I called and spoke with Paula who helped me pick out the exact mattress I wanted. She even texted to make sure everything was good, scheduled my appointment and follow up. The delivery came today. The guys were super friendly and quick and efficient!
The process took so long even though I was pre qualified prior to entering your store. Unfortunately the sales person I was working with had difficulty processing my order and even lost my son’s order for a mattress. An issue that I am trying to correct 3 days later.
Recently went back to bobs to see Rob! Was on the hunt for a living room set, was in & out within 45 minutes, Rob was easy to work with, no pressure, 100% honest with his opinions on certain sets, & straight to the point !
