What an amazing experience. This store is one of the best Bobs I've been too. Polina was the best sales rep. That I've experienced in a very long time. Her customer care was exceptional. She was able to help me find and purchase the exact item that Id been looking for, for months. When the TV cabinet was found the price was unreal, 75% Off. I couldn't believe it. Polina determination in satisfying her customer, me was exceptional. Thank you Bobs and Polina for making me a happy and satisfied customer.
I had a very good shopping experience. Sales rep.was knowledgeable, but not pushy.I would definitely return to Bob,s in the future.
