Ted was very helpful! We are excited for our couch to arrive in a few weeks.
we bought two pieces of furnitures and asked them if they can cover them since it was snowing at the time. their answer was no and suggested we go to homedepo and buy some wrapping papers. I don't what happened to customer service. even the sales person which was helpful couldn't believe it. I see this as store managment issue. this location is closing and they just stop carrying.
