I went into Bob’s knowing exactly what I wanted to buy having seen it online I was approached immediately by a sales representative by the name of Barbara, who was a lovely woman. I explained what a piece of furniture I was interested in she took me right to the piece of furniture. I told her I wanted to buy two of them. We filled out the paperwork I paid.
