Joshua was amazing, first he greeted us with a smile. He introduced himself and asked what we we're looking for. It was just me looking at first. I had 2 other family members with me. But he made sure he paid attention to what i wanted. He never hovered over us, he gave us room to walk, look and chat. I spent a total of 2 hours trying to figure out what I wanted.
