When we ordered, we specifically asked about the removal of the old bed. The sales person said it would be no problem. Upon delivery, the delivery drivers informed us that they were not permitted to remove the old bed from our home. They called their distributors and spoke with them as did I and they informed me that they would have someone out in a week or two to put the bed in after I removed it.
