We came in wanting to look at 3 particular models of sofas. Our salesperson knew exactly where they were on the floor and immediately took us to see them. We were iffy at best when we saw them for real but our salesman sensed what we were looking for . He took us to a different model and it was perfect. He looked it up, told us it was in stock and we could have it by weeks end. The entire process was easy thanks to our salesman.
