Joey was excellent . He answered all our questions and explained all the functions of the electronic fireplace. He explained the delivery process and scheduled our delivery date.
Their selection and customer service is what I like, price is decent not the best or worst. The staff here are ok not very knowledgeable as they said the couch would fit my area fine but when I was doing measurements it wasn't the same as what was advertised or told to me, I kind of knew it but let the sales lady talk but the delivery team and setup was good, we had an issue with our new couch and they were super fast for response and replacement.
