I want to commend Stacy, the supervisor at the Carle Place store. Her customer service skills are exemplary. Recently I had a very frustrating experience with Bob's Furniture on-line customer service regarding an online purchase made at the Carle Place store by a salesperson. After several lengthy phone conversations, with the online center, that were not helpful, I went to the store with the items to be returned. I wanted personally thank Donald sales associate for his quick wit and great customer experience. We went in today to check out coffee table options locally and didn’t regret it. Donald was right there and offered either self discovery of the displayed options or guided showing based on the preferences. We spent around 15minutes from entering the store to the final purchase without prior online or in person item reviews. I bet we going to be back for our next furnishing needs! Thank you Donald!
