Service was quick and the sales person was very knowledgeable....have always buy at Bobs.
The worst experience I have ever had with a delivery company. Spoke to a “manager” her name was Ivy. I took off work today to be at the house. They showed up did not knock the door and left. A full day wasted. I called the customer service line asking what’s their eta and they said “the delivery was unsuccessful - no one was home”. We had FIVE cars in the driveway and no one thought to knock on the door or call ??? When I called and spoke to the manager - the disrespect that I received was so insulting.
