Bob's at Co-op City is top notch! The customer service is stellar hands down! Prices are so reasonable too! We left very happy and satisfied! Definitely check them out!!
Be warned, they will deliver damaged items and then trying to get a hold of anyone to actually help is impossible. No I can’t take off work another day to be home for a delivery, and I only have off sun mon days they don’t deliver. Absolutely insane how the paying customer is the only having to make accommodations for their companies mistake, a solution should be reached in 5 min. I’ve been on the phone for almost an hour and no one is comprehending that I’m not changing my work schedule to accommodate their mistakes.
