The sale process was good! I liked that they didn’t hover over me but let me shop then came by to see if I had any questions! I haven’t received my order but it’s coming quickly just 4 days after ordering! The couch n recliner I picked was very nice quality leather! The couch has 2 recliners built in as well! I’m excited to get my order! My salesman Jonathan was very helpful n sweet! All n all so far very pleased! I even got a free ice cream!
Staff and service is GREAT! Our sales rep was Ken and he was very helpful with our purchase.. Gave us great options for the size and style that fit our home. Thanks to him and all the staff at Bob's for the great service.
The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We found some great deals in the outlet section for our son who just moved into a new apartment
