wish I could give this a negative star review. I purchased a mattress from bob’s last week. They delivered the mattress last Wednesday. I put new sheets on. Went to bed and got up an hour later to go to bathroom. When I turned on the light there were bed bugs all over my bed. I had nothing like this before this mattress. I called Bob’s and spoke to customer service. They told me there is nothing they can do. I spoke to 3 managers from resolution team, customer service, and the store manager. This was my second purchase from Bob's Furniture. I was so impressed by the first total experience ( from ordering to delivery) that I chose Bob's Furniture again when we needed a new mattress. Adam Hiller made the entire experience very easy. He answered all my questions and we left knowing we chose the right place.
