So nice to have a furniture store that carries a decent selection of furniture for all rooms. Associate Pat was very patient and helpful while we looked at all furnishings options. Of most importance to us was white glove service for delivery and set up. Beyond appreciative that we don’t have to spend hours trying to put furniture together.

Great experience at Bob's furniture. Our sales associate Katie was incredible. Very knowledgeable and patient with me as she helped me work out the living room furniture combination that would work with my room measurements. They have a large selection of products and the prices were good. Since they always have everyday low prices I don't have to worry about this going on sale next week after I just bought it. Can't wait for my new furniture to arrive. If you visit the Wyomissing store ask for Katie. She's incredible.
Katie, the sales person went above and beyond to help us. Left to measure to be sure the love seat would fit. When we went back to order and pay for it. Katie had left for the day. When finalizing everything. Our $699 love seat was costing us over $1005. None of the additional charges were explained. I questioned the price. Was told it was the delivery charge.. and tax. However they also added goof proof for $99.99. No explanation or authorization. That is not the way I operate my business. So disappointed
