I was happy with how fast some one came to help me I didn't feel pushed into anything I didn't want and didn't push me to add things on my purchase of my couch which by the way is soft and the color matches the color of my love seat I thought the prices were a little much but the warranty is a great price. Paying alot more than wanted too but had no choice. But Bob's was good there customer service and answered every question that I asked and they didn'f get short with me asking all kinds of questions.
