This was the first time I purchased new furniture and it was a very pleasant experience. Miriam let me walk around looking and sitting on different recliners before she saw my "made up my mind" face.....she did admit she was stalking me but in a good way.....I was very appreciative of her courteous approach to the whole process from start to finish.
