I had a great experience at Bob’s Furniture in Wyomissing, PA when purchasing my recliner. Kenny, the sales manager, was polite and professional, and Katie, the sales professional, made the process easy with a no-pressure approach. The entire experience was smooth and pleasant from start to finish. I picked up the recliner at the distribution center, and everything went perfectly. Very happy with my purchase and the customer service—highly recommend this location!
Luis was very helpful and very nice. I felt comfortable and he was a big help. The manager was very nice also. I will be coming back for a mattress.
Very quick to respond to my claim for damage to my kitchen island and awesome service with Miriam in getting my store credit used for new furniture!
