First time at Bobs discount furniture Horrible experience. Wife and I was looking for lamps found some we like on Bobs website. We wanted to see them in person before buying.. website says Villa Park store has them to see them.. walked in Gentleman standing there ask us what we were looking for. We told him lamps and the name of them. Right away he answered we don't have them. He didn't even checked the computer to see if they had them or not.. Although the store is closing, people were very professional, and they would help me with whatever it was that there was a manager their name Nicole, who was able to explain things to me about your policy and I really appreciate it
Very pleasant, very helpful and very detail.
Horrible experience with management and with getting support for a “Goof Proof” insurance claim. The process was frustrating and nearly impossible, and my claim was not handled fairly. I do not recommend buying from Bob’s, and I will never recommend their “Goof Proof” insurance—it feels like a scam designed to deny claims. I’ll be sure to share my experience so others are aware.
