First time customer. Great experience! Sales associate Izaak let us look around at our leisure. We knew what we wanted before setting foot in the store. Found the item, he showed the mechanics of it, we made the purchase and it was delivered in 3 days! Would definately recommend.

Bought from outlet before. Had furniture over 8 years. Still good. Bought 2 power recliners yesterday and after purchase completed they said there are no power cords. That should be noted on everything. We got ripped off. Spent another 55 ordering on line. I will issue complaint to customer service. Very deceiving.
