Hello, I recently did business with bob’s discount furniture store. Everything in the store went smoothly when shopping for my items. My sales rep. Jenae was very nice. My delivery day finally came today (1/27/2026)I was very disappointed to say the least. My dresser arrived with a damage to it. The delivery team members were ok. I did not care for the delivery guys comments at the end of my experience stating that the item came damaged from the manufacturer and not from being handled poorly by the delivery team.
