Good hospitality and service. Timing was perfect. We didn’t have to wait a long time to get service for what we wanted or information.
Shannon in Oxnard was amazing! She was easy to talk to and really respected our budget and ideas! She also informed us with a few deals such as warranty and we really feel we got our moneys worth! She was so patient with us while we tried out different couches and kept a list of all our likes! She was patient as well as we kept changing our minds until we found the perfect couch and made the process fun! I am really really pleased with our experience and so excited to get our couch for our new home!!!! Give Shannon a raise!
