Big disappointment. I can sum up Bob’s Furniture in one phrase - overpromised and underdelivered. On Sunday of last week, I purchased a mattress for pickup in store. Salesperson told me i could pick it up on Tuesday. I left the store to check another mattress, and returned approx two hours later. Agreed to buy this mattress, thinking all conditions were the same. We just bought a modular sofa set from Bobs and we could not be happier. We told Matt what we were looking for and he was able to show us several possibilities. There was no pressure, only wonderful assistance in narrowing down our choices. And the prices were so reasonable it was easy to make a decision, I would return to Bobs next time I need furniture and annual go there first!
