August 10: Initial Purchase ($2,698.99) at the North Attleboro MA Bob's Discount Furniture. Hank the sales person said I will need to buy it that Sunday to receive store's discount of 188 USD. I bought it, with 188 dollar discount included. I also paid 299.99 dollars for Bobtastic White Glove Delivery. August 11: Bob's customer service texted me (no call) to tell me that I need to pay 188.00 for furniture to be delivered because they found that I am not eligible for the 188USD discount. Salesman was top notch very very helpful courteous and kind. However I was a bit disappointed that there was no curio cabinet to choose and no bookcases. Also no cheaper stuff to choose from. I will still visit in the future. You should make this a one stop shop. Thank you. Add more color choices.
I had the pleasure of purchasing furniture through Charlie. He was welcoming, personable and really knew his stuff. I felt he cared about my personal needs and was very honest. If you go there ask for him! He made it a pleasant experience!
