Wonderful shopping experience! Keshri Damji (of the Skokie, IL store) was informative, patient & helpful with my selections!
Excellent customer service!! Store manager Mohammed was very friendly and personally helped out carry our huge rug. Sales specialist Wayne was also very welcoming soon as stepped into the store. He was very knowledgeable and helpful but not too salesy (just right — where in some places the heavy sales pitch makes you want to run away, not here). We appreciated everyone’s down to earth and professional approach. Thank you!!
