Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful salespeople. Not too overbearing and annoying. Overall, a great shopping experience.
Extremely disappointed in their customer service. I ordered decorative items for in-store pickup, and on the day of pickup they couldn’t find the order in store. Have been flagging this to their manager to either provide a refund or update me when l can pickup next. It’s been more than 3 weeks now, the manager just keeps telling someone’s gonna get back but no luck yet!
