The selection of furniture was impressive. The store offered sofas, beds, dining sets, office furniture, storage solutions, and decorative pieces in a range of styles and price points. I especially appreciated the quality of the materials, modern designs, and attention to craftsmanship shown in the products. The staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout my visit. Really bad experience. Paul was very arrogant and condescending. He should not be in sales Last year I bought from the same store and the older gentleman was really good.
Helpful sales representative very accommodating. Manager was the opposite. After spending thousands of dollars i asked her when they deliver the new furniture if they could unhinged the drawers on my bedroom dresser which was brought from Bob's. When I moved the movers must have placed it on its side and some items fell to the back making it impossible to get at without removing the drawer. Staff was Friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Anna was very polite and very respectful and pointed out exactly what I was looking for and definitely made a purchase
