To start off, I suffer from chronic back pain from a bad fall. We saw these sleep to live commercials with the fitting process and thought we would go get fit for a mattress. We spent a good several hours up at the store getting fitted, I even spoke with the chiropractor on the commercials. The mattress was great for several months and then it caved in like a sink hole. Terrible,terrible,terrible! Do not believe their promise "we guarantee you'll love your new bed or it's 90% free!".....The bed they talked us into buying physically hurts and they won't do anything about it! We're stuck paying thousands of dollars for a bed we hate!!
When I called the store about a recliner, David, discussed several options in my price range. When I visited the store David again went out of the way to find a recliner that I could afford.He took his time trying to help me without any sales pressure and I purchased the recliner that I needed. Big selection, friendly staff, gorgeous showroom, great prices, fast easy financing, everything you could want and ask for in a furniture store! We've bought furniture from other furniture stores in the past but after our positive experiences with Bob Mills, we'll never shop anywhere else for furniture.
My husband and I had been shopping for furniture for months. Tracy was so helpful and patient we found exactly what we were looking for! We were very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of their solid wood peices, their warranty AND they have us free cleaning products. I get my furniture delivered today can't wait!!!
