Worst place I have ever bought furniture at. They charged an arm and a leg and then they wont allow you to pick your furniture up at a later time. They kept harassing and calling asking when we were going to pick up our furniture. Then they threatened to ship my furniture back to headquarters and charge extra to ship it back. Don't waste your money here.
spent close to $5000.00 on a sleep to live mattress, the mattress I bought because there high dollar machine that only they have said that was what would best fit my needs that all this technology made people very happy. Was told if for any reason I didnt like the bed, i could return it for another or a complete refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Terrible,terrible,terrible! Do not believe their promise "we guarantee you'll love your new bed or it's 90% free!".....The bed they talked us into buying physically hurts and they won't do anything about it! We're stuck paying thousands of dollars for a bed we hate!!
Horrible experience. Purchased over $9,000.00 dollars worth of merchandise, and I have had nothing but issues from the day of delivery. Initial delivery: 1 1/2 hours late past the window time frame that was given. Did not have the necessary parts to put my daughters bed together. Delivered my $4,700 dollar mattress to some else on an earlier delivery, and tried to give me their mattress. Had to go back to the store the next day to try to get the parts to fix my daughters bed, and to have a new mattress made. One of the floor... read more
Big selection, friendly staff, gorgeous showroom, great prices, fast easy financing, everything you could want and ask for in a furniture store! We've bought furniture from other furniture stores in the past but after our positive experiences with Bob Mills, we'll never shop anywhere else for furniture.
In need of furniture but not for 6 months? Then this is the place for you. Go in to the store and they will tell you that your order will be delivered in 4 weeks at the latest. Seven weeks later it will show up, all scratched and broken! Call for a replacement and the soonest they will set it up will be 3 months in the future. Then, just when your delivery is days away, they will call you, say it is out of stock and you get to wait 2 more months! The customer service is AMAZING!!! We had a really nice guy come to greet us and he was hilarious and we already knew what we wanted but he was super helpful and the service was just awesome!!
The store has a "restocking" fee for items that are brought in from another store (maybe there is a restocking fee for everything, I didn't ask). Also, they told an item was "in stock," but they meant "in stock in Arlington, 5 hours away." Not super impressed...didn't purchase anything and don't plan to in the future. Some items are not kept in stock, so I don't really think a consumer should be charged a "restocking" fee for buying an item from a showroom.
