Great service good supply of furniture
This is the second time fixing the same problem with an electric motor in a loveseat and I believe they really tried to fix the issue as best they could. Ray the technician is a wonderful person and knowledgeable employee. Hopefully this is the last time For this job. Thanks.
Very disappointed with Bob Mills. I purchased a power recliner - my son purchased 2. Its been about a year and the padding is gone and the stitches are coming out - leg area and seat. Temple store said sorry - I should have taken the extra warranty. Giving Bob Mills another chance I went to the store to purchase another power recliner to replace the one that is not so good. Ok let me explain why. First we purchase two theatre chairs wait 2 week's deliver them one is not working the messager is broken. Decided since it was to much for our small house exchanged the broken one for a recliner end table and lamp, gave me a credit of 31 dollars when it should have been 331 still today not resolved. Had my theatre chair for 6 months they have been out two times to put better stuffing in because you can feel the board's in them. Amazing selection of furniture & mattresses! Sales people are friendly and helpful. They don't hound you but stay close by in case you have any questions. Truly first class.
Tried to call the Tulsa store. Every time I chose an option for assistance it would disconnect the call each time. Having a functional phone system would be beneficial for customer service.
I would not recommend to anyone to shop here. My mother purchased her sectionals here. Before her first payment, a spring had torn through the leather and cut her leg. She called rooms to go, both the store and customer service refused to help. Throughout the purchase the sales associate, Linda, is very nice and helpful but after they get their commission they are done with you. Now my mother is stuck with torn, non suitable couches with 18 months of payments.
i wish I would have read these before they ripped me off. Don't waste your time or money
To start off, I suffer from chronic back pain from a bad fall. We saw these sleep to live commercials with the fitting process and thought we would go get fit for a mattress. We spent a good several hours up at the store getting fitted, I even spoke with the chiropractor on the commercials. The mattress was great for several months and then it caved in like a sink hole.
