Tried to call the Tulsa store. Every time I chose an option for assistance it would disconnect the call each time. Having a functional phone system would be beneficial for customer service.
I would not recommend to anyone to shop here. My mother purchased her sectionals here. Before her first payment, a spring had torn through the leather and cut her leg. She called rooms to go, both the store and customer service refused to help. Throughout the purchase the sales associate, Linda, is very nice and helpful but after they get their commission they are done with you. Now my mother is stuck with torn, non suitable couches with 18 months of payments.

To start off, I suffer from chronic back pain from a bad fall. We saw these sleep to live commercials with the fitting process and thought we would go get fit for a mattress. We spent a good several hours up at the store getting fitted, I even spoke with the chiropractor on the commercials. The mattress was great for several months and then it caved in like a sink hole. Worst place I have ever bought furniture at. They charged an arm and a leg and then they wont allow you to pick your furniture up at a later time. They kept harassing and calling asking when we were going to pick up our furniture. Then they threatened to ship my furniture back to headquarters and charge extra to ship it back. Don't waste your money here.
I bought a sofa, love seat, recliner, and dining room table from Bill Mills and my service was good until I received the furniture. The table legs were damaged and it has been over two months and the legs are still on back order. The sofa was also defective and the reclining part of the sofa would not latch. spent close to $5000.00 on a sleep to live mattress, the mattress I bought because there high dollar machine that only they have said that was what would best fit my needs that all this technology made people very happy. Was told if for any reason I didnt like the bed, i could return it for another or a complete refund minus a 10% restocking fee. They don't have a warranty. You pay $1,000 and it doesn't even last 2 years. They blame it in their manufacturers so they don't have to stand behind a warranty!
Terrible,terrible,terrible! Do not believe their promise "we guarantee you'll love your new bed or it's 90% free!".....The bed they talked us into buying physically hurts and they won't do anything about it! We're stuck paying thousands of dollars for a bed we hate!!
