This has been the most frustrating company I’ve ever dealt with. I never received my MUD tax bill, yet they still charged me a penalty. When I contacted them, they basically said they didn’t care and that I still had to pay it. Every person I spoke with was incredibly rude. Experiences like this make it obvious that Harris County is becoming a difficult place to live, and it feels like the government doesn’t care about its residents at all.
