Sadly we were ignored and put to the side for almost 5 months. Spoke in Dec of 2024 lots of pressure to hurry up and get all the information in and then nothing! Had to beg to get any answers, just to be told they can’t help us because the program we went to him about is now closed! Very disappointed.
We needed a loan quickly, and Bob delivered. The first conversation we had was at 6pm on Valentine’s Day (which was also a Friday), and Bob answered all of our questions, gathered information, and never once made us feel rushed. We especially appreciated his speed and efficiency-because of Bob and his team, we were able to close on our home early! Bob’s expertise and dedication made our first home buying experience a memorable one. I would highly recommend Bob to anyone needing a mortgage lender.

My first interaction with Bob was very pleasant and what was all the more surprising was him sending me a video to introduce himself again to put a face to the name and voice.
