We took our trailer in to replace the bunk brackets, my husband talked to Bill back and forth for about a week, sending pics, discussing the best way and time to bring it in. The guy was super friendly, made you feel like he was a good guy. He even reasured my husband he'd take good care of us. He quoted us around $120 to do this. We had already bought the brackets, we just needed them installed so we figured the price was fair. When we came to pick up the trailer he hands us the invoice for $561!
