I used this service for a trip back in February and really liked Bob, so when I planned two additional trips I wanted to use them again. I requested to use them for two trips this summer. I sent my request to Joyce via email. She stated that they were available, gave me the quotes, and I told her that I did want to use them. A few weeks later, she emailed me to confirm whether or not we were definitely going to use them. I told her yes. Ok bus but Bathroom is horrible and smells from first Moment on bus. Gas smell fills up bus then goes away. Bus really stinks🤢 I've smelled pee for 3 hrs Straight. It's awful

Rode the bus to the Redskins Cowboys game,on the way back A/C wasn't working, and there were diesel fumes coming in on the back of the bus. It was about 76 plus degrees on the bus all the way home to lynchburg va from Landover MD. The bathroom was at least 100 degrees, and their was diesel fumes coming out of the toilet trap. Several people Told the driver about these issues, and he blew us off...never again, next time I'll drive myself!
