It took an hour to pick up my car. My flight was 43 minutes. No cars and limited staff despite a reservation. They are not trying harder in Burbank. Book a different company.
We have always loved Burbank Airport because it’s so easy to get in and out of and convenient to Santa Clarita. I’m looking forward to the new renovations to see if it’s even more efficient because it’s getting more crowded as the years go by.
