I have a mixed review of their approach to repair a bike, I had a positive experience with my wife's bike, but when I went with my bike I was more confused. The bike had a small ticking noise at the pedals as well as the front wheel was swaying on its axis. He quickly looked at it and said that the wheel is finished as well as the pedals and they need to be replaced with new parts but had no time to do the work. Super sympathique et ajustement rapide de mon vélo.
Vendeur qui ce prend pour un autre. Je suis passer pour un rack de voyage qui ma été installé sans que je demande rien. Je pars en voyage de vélo pour me rendre compte après 200km que le rack a été installé sans les boulons d'origine du vélo. Donc oui un des boulons a fini par briser ce qui a causer frottement et bien abîmer mon vélo.. par chance j'avais un boulons de spare..Vaiment je ne recommande pas ce magasin
