Fast and very efficient service, my blinds fitted the morning I moved into my new home. Would highly recommend Bob Burns
When ringing them today the phone continually rang then was diverted to another number abd then hung up . Not good enough ! Maybe u should invest in a answering service so the calls can be answered . When I finally was called back all she did was tell me she was dealing with a customer and wasn’t able to pick up the phone !!’no apology .. terrible service ! The other company answered immediately and were so helpful.
We chose Ziptrak outdoor blinds for our café. Installers were prompt, communication clear, and pricing reasonable. Transformed the space, and our customers love the shade now.
After care service is terrible. I rang to ask for service on the outdoor electric roller blind that was purchased and installed by them. I was told they don’t service them and forwarded to a service guy. How terrible that you guys don’t service your own product. Be very careful if you are looking for good after purchase service you won’t get it here.
