We've been using Bob Burns Blinds for over 15 years for custom shutters, blinds and curtains and have always had a fantastic experience. The whole process, from measure and quote to installation, is smooth, professional and stress-free. The quality of the products and service is outstanding, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Visited Bob Burns Blinds to discuss curtains for our new build, requiring 12 curtains. Unfortunately, the consultant, Savitri, couldn’t even be bothered to stand up and discuss our needs. The customer service was dismissive and left us feeling unwelcome. When you’re looking at spending around $20,000, you expect far better service. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere.
I am very pleased with my verticle blind that Bob Burns installed. Service was good, and salesperson and installer were very polite and helpful. This is about the 3rd time over two houses I have used them.
