I hired Mr. Battle, who said I had a good chance of my case of Refusal to Provide Breath Sample being dropped. In court, he took a plea deal of "DUI 1st" instead of the original charge. I ended up with a DUI on my record and a suspended license even without any evidence against me, other than the officer's testimony that I had the scent of alcohol on my breath. The $5,000 fee I payed Bob Battle was not worth the hour consultation in his office, nor his performance in court.

I hired Bob Battle to represent me in a DUI case in Leesburg, VA. He did a fantastic job, and got the DUI reduced to improper driving. Never have I been so happy to have an inproper driving conviction. I cannot speak highly enough of Bob, of his thougfulness, his strategy and -- obviously -- his effectiveness. I cannot say more about how happy I am with the outcome of my court hearing. Mr. Battle is worth every penny of his faith. He probably saved me thousands of dollars, in the long run. I was about to go to jail, potentially and I would have lost my ability to drive for a year or two, if it were not for Bob Battle citing for me. I am extremely thankful for his work and his expertise and I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone who may need his assistance.

Not sure if he actually exists. Everytime you call you get directed to a lawyer named Claude Whitehead. Visited the office multiple times to see if he did exists and it was always closed and dark. Not sure what to make of this to be honest.
