Trash customer service. Edit in response to your BS remarks. LMAO. We tried to pay at time of service and we're told he would have to bill us. I shouldn't have to have a tech come out twice in a year for a brand new washer. But to call and threaten us is extremely unprofessional and illegal. Your tech didn't take the payment at time of service when we tried, then you want to threaten to come to my house and repo a part with no contract signed allowing such is illegal. My husband and I went to Boaz for a new living room set. We worked with Jenny, who could not have been more helpful and kind. She was willing to accommodate our requests with no problem. Our furniture was delivered in less then two weeks. Taylor and Levi delivered our furniture with such care and respect. I would highly recommend Boaz for any furniture needs.
I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted in a dishwasher, and Jenny made the entire process seamless. I told her my preferences and budget, and she immediately found the perfect option. Within a week, it was delivered and installed with no hassle at all! The easiest appliance purchase I’ve ever made. Highly recommend Jenny for her efficiency and great customer service!
Absolutely love this place ! Wonderful people , they are so kind and will help you anyway they can. And the men that delivered (Taylor and ryan) were absolute gentleman. Gina never pressured us, she just told us to look and if we needed her to let her no, so we bought 2 beautiful lazy boy couches and gina had them delivered to our home in 3 days flat thanks again gina, Taylor and ryan, WE'LL BE BACK REAL SOON !!!
Great products. Quick and easy to get your order. Jonathan and Taylor deliver furniture quickly and with great care. They were very helpful moving my furniture where I needed it.
