Boaz Export Crating has the best team. They always have the best safety standards, cost and scheduling available. They give that great personalized gold star touch that comes with a family run business.
Nice place to load at. Complex load was loaded safely. Staff was willing to listen and accomodate the truck driver. Nice heavy crating, built well. They handle some large cargo here. Set up well. Someone cares and it shows. Thanks
This company provides very poor service. I waited almost two hours at the dock, and then they told me I hadn’t checked in properly, even though I had shown them the correct dock from the beginning. They also gave me the wrong load number, which I had to correct for them. Overall, it was a very bad experience and I had to wait a long time. I hope others are aware and are cautious with them. This is not my review, but it’s true. I got the same experience. Very poor service. They want me to know stuff I don’t have to know.
