I just got off of the phone with Chris in service… these folks are OUTSTANDING! They support what they sell, and MANUFACTURE! No B. S. Sales pitch! It is nice to talk to a live body! And, to know we aren’t the only one with issues… They will get to us as soon as they can! That’s important to us all ! They have a sense of urgency to the situation! They schedule us all accordingly. So if you are in real trouble, you go to the top of the list.
I had to remove my boat from a marina today. And I found out to my chagrin that one boatlift motor wasn’t working. I had nowhere else to put the boat. I called Boat Lifts Unlimited and Russell came out within a half hour and he had it fixed in no time at all. I’ve been with Boat Lifts Unlimited for 10 years, and their work is outstanding.
They own the market and they deserve to because they have the best service. When I call them, I can trust them to listen to what they're telling me to try first before they come out for a service call. And when they do have to make a service call, they do excellent work.

Worked with Mike and Tim through a somewhat complex permit process because our future lift is in a cove. Can't say enough good things about this company and my interactions with both Mike and Tim. Solid people, knowledgeable, and responsive to everything we have gone through to try and get our permit. This is a great company that has been around a long time because it has found top people. Period.
