Customer service team is horrible. I called in and got information about the parts I needed to order. I was told exactly what to order. The part came in with out the needed adapter plate. I have been calling all week to get the adapter plate and nobody seems to know what I am talking about. They will not let me speak to a supervisor to get help. I have been told all week that a supervisor would call back. No calls at all from anyone to try to help. They have my money and don't care to help. Now I am trying to get a refund so... read more
