lift will not go down as it seems to be binding due to two rollers, have to shake lift to get it to go down, will try some marine grease on I-beam. Changing review to 5 stars, called and Nick took care of the issue, parts missing, sent parts out the next day, outstanding customer service. If you need a lift I highly recommend this company, nothing beats excellent customer service.

Thomas provides amazing customer support. Product is quality. Two parts missing but they sent them to me quickly. My contractor lost a couple parts and they replaced them with no charge
