I wish I would have read a couple reviews about this company before purchasing from them. Mostly good experience. However, you would assume that if you purchase a boat lift new or used that it would be in working order. Purchased a lift, put my boat on it, found boat in the water when I returned the next weekend. Now Im either stuck making the repairs needed myself or hiring another lift company to repair it. As an advocate of small business and entrepreneurship, I found David Markovitz of Boat Lift Marine Center in Osage Beach to install a lift for a boat I purchased this spring. I was referred to David and his business through word of mouth and failed to inquire further of his body of work. The lift failed after only 2 months of use, causing damage to both my boat and our dock. Upon failure of the lift, it was rendered useless.
