I don't usually write reviews but felt it necessary regarding a recent experience I had with Boat Lift and Dock involving the Sales and Returns Departments. The point that I had argued is that the Boat Lift & Dock online “Double SUP Paddle Board Storage Rack” offering is confusing/misguiding, the first two pictures of the paddle board rack do not align with the last two/three pictures, regardless of what is noted in the last picture.
