Michael at Boardwalk Hearing was amazing. I’ve got some moderate hearing loss from years of DJing and electrical work, and he patiently guided me into the right set of Oticon Intent hearing aids. Super knowledgeable, easy to work with, and I’m really grateful for his help. Highly recommend!
Having to wait three days to get an appointment with the optometrist after I went practically blind in one eye after undergoing a procedure for improving dry eyes was not acceptable. Failure to follow up to see if I was recovering from the temporary blindness in one eye arising from their procedure was very poor standard of care. The procedure involves pointing a series of red light pulses around the eyes with the goal of killing mites in tear glands.
