Very helpful, the prices in mid January really start to drop way below online prices! They were very helpful in fitting my boots & they are very knowledgeable in helping you choose equipment.
This place treats its customers like crap and think their gonna stay in business. They are way overpriced and think its ok to not accept returns when the gear they sell falls apart. To top it off these guys dont know jack about the snowboard stuff they sell. Go to REI in schaumberg or Oakbrook, they treat customers great and accept returns even after 30 days(even years if something falls apart). YOUVE BEEN WARNED. PS vertical drop is owned by the same family and treats customers like crap too.
