My friend showed for her appointment after having 1st canceled it. Ms Karen saw her regardless and was exceedingly patient and reassuring for a 93 year old client who finally relented to getting hearing aids. Additionally, her building was spotless even down to the restroom! First class care!
Why does nobody answer the phone here?
Boardman Hearing Center made me amazing ear protection for my work. Karen was so knowledgeable and explained how important hearing protection is. She went out of her way learning about the job I have and the noises I deal with. These molded ear plugs are super lightweight, comfortable and I don't even know they are in. I would strongly recommend Boardman Hearing Center.
Hearing Specialist was great! After getting the test it turns out that I didn’t have hearing loss! Thank you!
