I love going to the boardman hearing aid center. First the staff are awesome and very friendly. Front desk always talking to you and trying to make the day at the office for you as easy and fast as possible. The office very clean and welcoming. Mostly you want the reception and the doctor know what they doing and this office is the one. Doctor will try to find the best hearing device for you.
My visit was very productive as all my visits have been with Karen Katsaras. She has taken good care of me and is a very good audiologist, knowledgeable and pleasing personality. My hearing aids have made a tremendous impact on my being able to hear and better understand what my family and patients are saying especially if they are very soft spoken or have their backs to me when they are speaking.
