I have been trying to find an audiologist and hearing aid company to help me with my hearing loss for the past year. At my first appointment I was kind of hesitant to go through the process of getting a hearing aid. But Karen puts your fears at ease. She is a wonderful audiologist. Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, takes the time to explain every aspect of my hearing aid journey.
I have been going for 3 yrs and the audiologist (Karen } Goes above and beyond and very informative to help understand what’s going on, Just recently had problem that hearing aid died , and had a wedding to attend in 3 days , she was able to get it replaced so that I was able to socialize and have a good time! I highly recommend Modern hearing solutions 😃
