The Board Shop is a great place for all waterski and snow ski gear! The staff is friendly, competent, and a pleasure to do business with. I went to the store for the first time in May and was way impressed. All my favorite brands- gear, clothing, so cool. I recently purchased some Radar gloves online. The site was easy to navigate, I received a call from a staff member to follow through and received my gloves ahead of schedule. This is how companies create raving fans. Nice work!
My experience with BS The Board Shop involved a return dispute that remains unresolved. I ordered skis online.Prior to receiving the item, I contacted the business regarding a return for personal reasons. I spoke to Casey who agreed and understood the situation. The skis were returned and delivered back to the shop brand new and in the same box. They were accepted.
