Absolutely terrible service. I came in with a samsung asking for a screen repair. They charged me $400 for it which i thought was quite decent back when this phone was new. They changed the screen and it worked for about 2 months. Low and behold I had olden day tv fuzz pop up on my screen everytime i put my screen upside in my pocket. I called and texted them asking them for repairs with no reply. I showed up in person and showed them the screen and they told me it would be a few hours, no worries ill do a bit of shopping. Took phone in for battery replacement and got my phone back with a cracked screen and tempered glass screen cover. This was a new screen and screen cover which has now cost me double to get them replaced again on top of the battery replacement. Total incompetence and lack of respect for peoples property. I would advise everyone to go to a reputable repairer.

Took phone in for battery replacement and they returned my phone with the tempered glass screen cover and phone screen cracked. This was a new screen and tempered glass screen cover!! Phone repair 101- make sure there are no screws or hard implements under the phone when you push the back on FFS. This incompetence cost me double what is should have, not happy!
