Very quick waiting time and fixed my phone very well.
Very approachable, friendly and professional. Fixed my particular tech issue within 2 minutes. No pressure from Customer Service Representative to purchase anything, but was more than happy to show me different phone cases and accessories. Would never go back to the older gentleman on the bottom level of Greenhills, after coming here. Absolutely terrible service. I came in with a samsung asking for a screen repair. They charged me $400 for it which i thought was quite decent back when this phone was new. They changed the screen and it worked for about 2 months. Low and behold I had olden day tv fuzz pop up on my screen everytime i put my screen upside in my pocket. I called and texted them asking them for repairs with no reply. I showed up in person and showed them the screen and they told me it would be a few hours, no worries ill do a bit of shopping. Took phone in for battery replacement and got my phone back with a cracked screen and tempered glass screen cover. This was a new screen and screen cover which has now cost me double to get them replaced again on top of the battery replacement. Total incompetence and lack of respect for peoples property. I would advise everyone to go to a reputable repairer.
