Completely Satisfied!!!! – My husband and I recently used BNC National Bank to purchase a new home. We were fortunate enough to work with Steve Justice on our loan. We had done some investigating online regarding the purchase of our home, what our payments might be, etc. Next thing we know, our phone rang and it was Steve making a cold call on us. BNC National Bank - No Complaints! – BNC Bank had good reviews on LendingTree so we decided to use them. After signing up to do business with them, my husband and I came across some ‘not so positive’ reviews on City Search. I was extremely concerned, particularly with the reviews “Be Cautious” and “Predatory Lender”. Good service from Loan Agent - John Brown – I am recently doing my mortgage refinance with BNC national bank and very satisfy with their service especially my loan agent, John Brown. He is able to response to me fast, honest and professionally to all my question. All the loan documents were sent to me very fast and without mistake. At the end, I didn't close my loan and my rate period was expired due to my personal reason. However, I will highly recommend John Brown to anyone that looking for refinance.

BNC National Bank - Be Cautious! – I just read the post titled, "Predatory Lender". This story is unfotunate for the writer, and for me as I've had a similar experience. My agent, Kurt Polzner, had 40 days to get my refi approved. He offered several assurances and was quick to return calls before I sent him all my financial information. But once I sent him what was requested I almost never heard from him. At the final hour, like the previous post suggests, he tried to increase the fees by almost 200%. Yikes.
