Since beginning banking at BNC I have been met with top notch customer service in all departments. The loan process was pretty seamless and the employees truly have your best interest at heart.
I need to re-post a review that was posted 5 years ago, but the management of this unlawful bank was able somehow to remove it from Google. I had an account for several months until I experienced several incidents with questionable transactions where the bank was never willing to defend my deposits. First, I wanted to outline that the name BNC National is deceiving. This Bank has nothing of National, which is interpreted as a bank with multi-branch locations.
