I try not to complain about places. I get not everything works all the time and NO PLACE IS PERFECT. But let me just say, of all the financial institutions I deal with, have been with, dealt with, there is one that BY FAR is the most AWFUL I have EVER had to work with. As in they can not handle a SIMPLE ADDRESS CHANGE. They changed our saving and checking but didn't change one of our other accounts that's associated with our accounts! How hard is it?
