I have been with BNA Bank for over 5 years now. Initially it was ok, but overtime it’s gone down hill. I’ve had to get a new card because of fraud more times that I care to mention. The last time a couple months ago, I was told I could get a new card at my local branch, instead of waiting 3+ weeks for one to come in the mail. Well again yesterday, my card was hit with fraud and got locked out. I highly recommend BNA Bank on Tom Watson Dr., Saltillo/Tupelo. The staff know me by name and greet me even before I am fully in the door. Their knowledge and experience in the banking world is top notch. If you want a personable, friendly banking experience, then you need to choose this BNA Bank location.

BNA Bank at Barnes has wonderful customer service. Each time I am in the bank, I am greeted with a friendly face and always asked how I am doing. Their customer service and process that they have put in place is exceptional.
I had a family member go and try to get help regarding a mortgage question and the staff member that assisted her acted as if it was not her problem and wanted to send her off to a loan officer for something simple. There may of been a language barrier, which was the reason why I was on the phone explaining it to her and she was still rude.
