Took the bike in January for annual maint/tune-up. Put on a new chain. They couldn’t get the bracket off, so didn’t grease it. CHAIN BROKE 400 miles later. They that is unusual and they’ll replace it. Wife picked up bike and they charged her for a new chain and labor. No Thanks. I’ll go elsewhere.
terrible store. put the wrong wheel on my bike, ignorant employees, cost me much more money and wasted my time. screw those workers in there

Do you guys buy new bikes? I bout a eastern 26in brand new last week but after riding it aweek realized it’s to small for me need a 29in
Purchased a tricycle from FB marketplace, it had a flat tire. Called Coral Springs Bicycle, and Bobby answered my call. I explained my situation, he gave me a reasonable price over the phone. I brought the bike over to the shop. Not only did he fix my tire in a few minutes, he also checked out the entire tricycle for me, showed me some details I wasn’t aware of .Bobby was most helpful and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them. Bobby was excellent !! Thank you!
